Campaigns to support families in need-Gaza
As parents and educators, we often invest time and energy hoping that the next generation can work towards making the world a better place. For this to happen, we need to model empathy and think about others as much as we think about ourselves.
Why not organise fundraisers with your children to support one of our beautiful families.
I am the campaign organiser for Ahmed's family. I have been supporting them for over a year.
Support Ahmed's family:
I work closely with Yasser and his campaign organiser to support their campaign.
Support Yasser's Family:
Farah's campaign organiser has been a dedicated, long-term supporter and donor for Brother Ahmed. She now represents Farah as her campaign organiser.

As well as financial support, we can offer emotional support to our families.
When we go through difficult times, it helps to know we are not alone in this world and that people love us, care for us and are praying for us. This gives us internal strength which helps us remain optimistic.
This is a life changing opportunity for children and adults alike, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the wider world.

I have learned from Duaa that no matter what she and her family are going through, they have their trust in Allah SWT. She has sincerity. I can’t even imagine how worried she must be for her children. We worry about their future yet these amazing people take each day as it’s a gift. I pray that one day I meet this beautiful sister in person and her beautiful and brave children. She truly is a strong Muslimah who reminds me of those that must have been like during our beloved prophet ﷺ time.

"Farah has taught me what it truly means to appreciate the little things in life. Whenever she mentions something that she misses from her life before the war, she would often mention things that are small and precious, such as coming home to a meal and being able to study the whole night. Or being able to do a simple call with her sister.
She also taught me how to not carry hatred in my heart regardless of the circumstances. Even after everything she is going through, never have I heard her say a single word of hate towards her oppressors or anyone that is involved in this. Although anyone else would, her soft heart does not allow her to do so.
Lastly, she showed me the true meaning of empathy. Whenever I ask her why she is upset, she tells me that she can’t deal with seeing kids around her hungry and not being able to help. Her focus is on others’ pain when she is experiencing the exact same pain. I would think that when someone is going through such an unbearable time, they would be so focused on their own survival that they can’t physically even pay attention to others. But not Farah—her heart feels heavy the most because of the pain that she sees in others, more than her own pain."

Sister Rima has taught me how to be courageous, brave and have hope and tawakkul in Allah.
She has shown so much resilience, patience and gratitude that even after every setback she says Alhamdulillah in every condition !
